- Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Our communities and Workplaces are diverse places with people from many different backgrounds, cultures, behaviors, races/ethnic backgrounds and perspectives. Our dispute resolution services should reflect that diversity and the fairness that diversity brings to those seeking "justice" for all of us!
If you or your organization seeks to add such a perspective to your business and dispute resolution situations, consider me. If I am not personally the "right fit" for your ADR needs, perhaps I can suggest aother Minority ADR professional to help you find someone who might be a better fit and meet your adjudication, mediation, and diversity training needs!
